Chau Say Tevoda














Chau Say Tevoda (Khmer: ប្រាសាទចៅសាយទេវតា)is a temple at Angkor, Cambodia. It is located just east of Angkor Thom, directly south of Thommanon across the Victory Way (it pre-dates the former and post-dates the latter). Built in the mid-12th century, it is a Hindu temple in the Angkor Wat style. From 2000 to 2009 access was restricted as the temple was under restoration in a project initiated by the People's Republic of China.


Was built by the king Suriyavarman 5 at the end of 11th century first half of 12th century dedicated to Siva . Choa say tevada and Thommanon are 2 small temples closed together Choa say is at the south and Thommanon is at the north on the passage way pavilion is the cambat between surgriva and vallin. At the north passage way east side there are a lot of monkeys Siva and his wife are on the bull Nandin and Apsara.
